Energy Healing Services
Reiki and Shamanic Healings, are both different types of energy healings, depending on the depth of healing that you are needing.
Energy healing is potent and powerful, with many different energy meridians running through our body, the same as Chinese Medicine, when energy is blocked, that is when mental, emotional, physical and spiritual imbalances occur.
Usui Level 1 Reiki Workshop is recommended is for those wanting to be attuned to Reiki 1, and/or wanting to learn more about how to expand their own energy healing capabilities.
Sacred Stillness Session - 60mins

Have you been feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelemd?
This session is for You!!
An energy healing session involving Reiki, to help balance your nervous system and energy, leaving your feeling revitalised and refreshed after.
Sacred Stillness via Distance - 45mins
Just like a Sacred Stillness Session, except in the comfort of your own home.
The session is still just as potent as though it was in-person, and sometimes even more so.
Strong intuitive messages tend to come through in these sessions, and all information is always messaged/emailed to you immediately after.
Soulful Shamanic Healing - up to 2hours
Soulful Shamanic is to restore and balance your emotional wellbeing, from negative patterns or loops, that have been holding you back or feeling stuck.
Focus is a deep dive into combining shamanic practices, with soft talk therapy to help bring your Soul back into balance.
