Initial Naturopathic Consult - 60mins
Let's get to the root cause of what has been going on for your health.
Starting with an extensive questionaire to be completed online, prior to your initial consult.
Then let's deep dive together to connect the dots.
We'll discuss a treatment plan together, depending on your circumstances, and I'll offer advice on lifestyle, food habits/changes, supplements if required, and any further advice.
This consult can be in-person or online.

Follow-Up Consult - up to 45mins
A follow-up consult is always recommended two weeks or more after your initial.
This is to connect in to see how you are going, and if any adjustments are needed to your treatment protocol.
Not everything can be resolved after one initial consult only, sometimes a few appointments together are required. This is discussed during our initial together, and also a great opportunity for you to not only give feedback as to how you are, but to also ask questions.
This consult can be performed in-person or online.
