Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

 

To ensure fairness and allow availability for other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments, within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), unfortunately will result in your appointment fee, not being refunded.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my time and that of other clients.
