Service Description

As a clinical naturopath, I believe in food as medicine, deep diving into your health history to get to the root cause of your health concerns.   I work with you to make small adjustments to your eating habits, lifestyle and sleep, for long-term improvements. Once you have booked your appointment, an extended questionaire will be emailed to you. This is so as I can start joining the dots as to what is happening with your health, so that when we have our initial consult together, I can expand on more details that may be required. This way, I can spend more time explaining to you about your health, and supporting you.
